 Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • - Weather or logistical disruptions RETROKIIis not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.

 Order Tracking

 Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package in real time.

Incorrect Address

 Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

RETROKIIis not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping provider directly.
